Microsoft fighting AIDS

This is quite curious news, and not really relevant to MS published documentation - btw maybe should we add a section on this website for miscellaneous info, how about that ? Anyway here is it.. Based on research against spamming :

"A developer at Microsoft, who was also a physician, realized the HIV virus operated a lot like the spam words, constantly mutating. So he posited that the algorithm that anticipated word permutations might also be applied to identifying HIV mutations. It would help vaccine researchers anticipate every possible mutation of HIV, allowing them to create more comprehensive antibodies to the deadly virus."
